I have a thermador tradewind vr1000 mounted on the roof. it is >10 yearse old stucky and gunky. I want to remove wheel blower to clean it. i removed two allen screws and am trying to pull up on the wheel but it wont come up. How do i dis-engaage wheel blower and remove it?

Most likely it is what is called "Rust Welded" spray with WD-40 use two large flatblade screwdrivers and wedge behind then pry off.
