Took it apart and cleaned everything that I could see, motor, heating element, belts and everything inbetween. Still wount turn on, HELP

[I]t is most likely the thermal fuse. The part # is 3390719. If you take the bottom control panel off, it sits right behind the vent housing, right on the vent tube in the front. If you pull out the lint filter, and take of the 2 screwa that hold the black filter assembly on, where the lint filter goes in, you will see the thermal fuse. It is white, and has two wires coming to it. You could take the 2 wires off of it, and jump it out to be sure that is the problem, before you purchase a new one.
