My gas stove has recently been acting funny, and not in a comedic way.
All 4 burners will light, oven will also light. Problem is I feel like I am short gas pressure.
Stove top, I can light one burner and it will run, but cannot light the other 3 at the same time. If I turn the first off, any of the others can be lit, but only one can be on.
Full power/high does not really work, cuz the flame still remains relatively low/small.
Oven flame seems to be smaller/lower than normal.
Any hints please? I have no idea if it is my appliance or if I have a blockage in the gas line?

Has someone repaired or replaced any gas line recently ? You may have debris in the line. Has this been a recent occurrence or has it been a while, that you've been having this problem ? Based on your description, you'd first need to check or replace the gas regulator, on the stove, But, It's most likely a gas pressure or gas flow problem to the range. You may want to have the Gas Co. come out and check the gas pressure at the wall shut off, and in the range, under a load(with as many burners on as possible)especially if you're using LPG. A model number of your range would be a great help, in researching possible causes and parts needs. It'd be a great help, if you could get it for us. Thanks, :) :) :)

Just to add my 2 cents...
I've seen a few times when the gas shut off valve behind the range was accidentally turned half way off.
Gene.
