NOT A GIBSON... it is a GE model Dishwasher) My daughter just bought a house (built in 2006) when she pulls out the bottom rack the front rollers drop into a hole/gap between the dw tub and the dw open door rattling the dishes. What part is missing? I have a different model in my home and I can't tell how the wheels are supposed to bridge the gap. Can you help?

Thanks so much denman for your reply....I checked and sure enough, the front of the rack only has 2 rollers! It is missing an additional set in front!! Can't imagine who loses a set of rollers out of a dishwasher! Renters are rough! Thanks much!
