The dryer is taking 3 times to dry.. I'm wondering what the problem is..

Most likely the problem is a restricted vent line and/or clogged vents inside the dryer.

The dryer vent line has to be professionally cleaned once in four to five years while the dryer itself has to be taken apart and cleaned once a year.
