I have an old GE Fridge that works really well besides the ice maker which is the JS2 model. Whenever I cut the water inlet valve on the wall on, the icemaker does not cut the water off but instead just starts overflowing.I was not using the ice maker at my last rent house because I did not have the water line. I took the ice maker out and it does not look like it has any sort of switch. I think its where you hook up the water line to the fridge. I took that valve and switch out but do not understand how it's supposed to work. Can someone explain so I can check or lead me in the right direction please? Thanks FG
