CAN'T GET OVEN TO COME ON....BROILER WORKS GREAT AS DOES STOVE TOP. What should I check first and how do I get to it?

Most likely the problem is a bad oven Bake igniter. You have to remove the oven floor and the flame spreader to access the part.
