We have a GE Artica, doors side-by-side, with the dispensor (water and ice) in the door. A few eeks ago it was working fine. Then the push arm (ice) needed more 'push' to deliver ice and then all the push in the workd didn't help. The front green LEDs at first were steady on; then it would flicker and then completely out. Nothing works from the front dispensor. It still makes ice, we just reach in and grab some. I've learned that the problem is the Dispensor Control Board, But another person (tech?) mentioned he thought it is the Main control board. It seems to me that the DIspensor Board is the obvious culprit, But HOW DOES ONE get that thing removed?????? It is directly behind the touch pad but I see no screws or a way to remove that pad other than taking a flat screwdriver and wrestling with it.
Any help is greatly appreciated! Bernie.wwGeneral Electric PSC23NHMAWW Refrigerator

Do not rush with the parts. Open the dispenser first (the instructions are attached to the reply) and diagnose the problem. While a bad main control board is one of most common cause for dispenser not to work properly, the problem you described as "push arm (ice) needed more 'push' to deliver ice and then all the push in the workd didn't help" can point to a few other parts inside the dispenser.
