I have a small amount of standing water in the dish washer tub at the end of the cycle. I checked the drain line and it is clear. I replaced the Piston and Nut Assembly for Check Valve. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thank you.

First off this looks like a 1998 model correct? based on the model# and serial# your d/w is part of a recall by GE for fire hazard if you have ever used liquid jetdry. call 1-877-607-6395 to schedule a free repair. I would suggest you stop using it until you get that fixed. http://www.geappliances.com/products/recall/dw07/

Your going to have to remove the D/W from and tilt on it's back and check where the drain hose connects to for obstruction, also unscrew the nipple the drain hose connects to and inspect for blockage, also the small hose that connects to the pump motor, look inside the motor where you take off the small hose for food, glass etc.

I took it all apart and saw nothing; all the lines are clear and so are the housings. Any other suggestions? Or is it time for a new dishwasher?

I know this is an old thread but we've got to followup on the final solution. Here is what I did.
I just fixed mine with a similar problem. I had pumpkin seeds in the drain tube that connects to the disposal.

well all lines are clear and ok
I would check the drain solenoid first ....test it for continuity if everything seems ok then next step would be a pump seal and impellor kit if your's is faulty or leaking.... if u are mechanically inclined u may be able to repace the seals and impellor yourself if not then you would need to hire a appliance technician to do it .....or another option is you could buy the pump and motor assembly already put together and install that yourself !!!!!
