Hi I broke the strike plate on my front loading washer. The replacement strike plate will not latch in to the lock. Nothing looks broken but it appears that maybe the latch in side the lock has turned around and is facing the back. I was wandering if there is a way to reset that latch. The hook on the strike plate just hits the black plastic piece but that piece will not spin around or move to let the strike piece in to the lock. Hope this makes sense.
