I have just replaced the blower wheel, blower seal and belt and cleaned everything really well. The motor is fine.

The problem seems to be the pulley is leaning toward the spring, therefore not allowing the belt to tighten enough to turn the drum. Since I'm not sure which part is faulty, can you give me the order in which these parts are removed and the percautions to take. Should I remove the pully and examine each part as I go? I would love to see a diagram or read the order pieces go on and how before taking it apart so that I can put it back together. Some parts do not come with specific instructions if they are a part of a bigger picture.
