The broiler igniter lights up located inside the top part of the oven but I don't see anything light up on bake.

They'rre often held in place with one or two screws. I removed the bottom plate and put the oven setting to bake but I didn't see anything light up and I didn't smell any gas coming from the oven. What should I try next? :confused:

What should I try next? :confused: I replaced the ignitor and it lights up now but when I tried to use the oven it took 2 hours for the temperature to reach 250. Is there something else that I need to check?

I would also check the resistance of the oven sensor. That's the probe in the back of the oven chamber. The connector for it can be accessed by pulling the oven out from against the wall and removing the back panel.
