After complete clyce the dishes are left with a chauky residue. It appears that the bottom spinner thing is not spinning. I did chech to make sure the openings were not clogged and the looked good.

A model number may help others help you.

Also more info would be helpful.

Is the unit getting water?
Most units should fill to just under the heating element.

What if anything have you tried?
Does the main motor run?
Does the spray arm rotate easily?
Have you checked the pump filters/sump for debris?
Did the unit used to run OK or is this unit new to you?
