On the cycle selection, both the Normal and Both Racks buttons no longer work (the ones I most frequently used). All the other cycles can be selected. Help!:(

Gene, I have the same issue and just installed a new board (154663005) and that didn't correct the issue. It is a Frigidaire Model PLD2850RDC01. Some features still work and the new board has not had any impact. It is either the touch panel or the 2nd board the delivers the touch panel selections to the large board and ultimately the pump(s). Any ideas?
Thank you in advance, Keith

Keith, I would blame the membrane switch (insert) rather than the control board. - The insert Part number: AP3560813

I'm having a similar problem too..but my selection doesn't work to even stop they cycle. Anyone try to replace the membrane switche and have it work? I just don't want to be ordering a handful of parts, instead of buying a new dishwasher. :)
