When the oven is set to 450 degrees, it heats to 300 degrees. I have replaced the temperature sensor on the inside of the oven. The bottom element glows red when it is heating and the oven turns it off when it thinks it has reached temperature. I'm not sure what could be wrong.
The bottom oven (which has mechanical controls instead of digital) is working within 25 degrees of specification.

Msdahl, You lower oven temperature is within the factory reccomended range, so it's fine. Your upper oven is too far out of range (150 degrees) and cannot be recalibrated to the proper range. You've already replaced the oven temperature sensor, that should be in range from the factory. so that leaves, replacing the ERC(clock), as long as there no wires shorted or pinched from the new sensor to the ERC( kinda doubt it) . Part number: AP2025165
Good Luck, :) :) :)
