I have a Sears 9114554590 30" ELECTRONIC DROP-IN RANGE and recently the oven has stopped working completely. When you pust any of the buttons on the control panel to activate the oven, the clock display starts to flash and will continue until you let up on the button. The burners on the stove top all work and the timer and clock work on the control panel. Any help you can be would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. Jim, Kenmore, WA

Hi Jim,

Sounds like the problem is a bad electronic control board. Unfortunately this part has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available.

You can try to call PCBR.BIZ. They might rebuild it.

Gene, would you by any chance have a part number for that control board? Or, do I have to find it on the stove itself?

Thanks,

Jim

Hi Again Gene,

Just wanted to let you know this part is still available (I think it is a substituion) directely from Partsdirect at Sears. It is sold in two pieces, the front panel and the circuit board behind. Not cheap, the circuit board is $150 but when you need one is a good price. Thanks again for all your help.

Jim

This range made by GE and the part number is WB27K5107.

Gene.
