The DL/F keeps displaying on my washer. This has been an issue for over a year but it usually resets itself quickly. This time it is staying on. I decided to check Google for this issue and I was amazed on how many people were having this issue. One person stated that there is a recall on the motherboard. Is this correct and if so how do I go about looking into that?

Hi,
HE3 is not a full model number. What is the model number of your washer?
There will be a tag on the washer with the model and serial number on it.
You may have to open the door to see it.

I believe the model number is 110.45872400.

The "F/DL" error code means "Door lock error". You can find the complete troubleshooting instructions in the tech sheets behind the bottom panel.
