When set to the delicate cycle, the water fills up and when it should start to adgitate, it just buzzes, then if you wait a few minutes, it will run the water out. It has not washed the clothes through a normal wash, rinse, and spin cycle. It does this in the perma press cycle also. Would this washer need a timer part? Thanks!

If not, you may have a bad motor or a bad pin on the connector. If you have a meter, check for voltage to the motor pins per the schematic and push in on all the connector pins, they may have worked loose.
