The stove top is working,but inside of the stove is not working ( heating eliments is not heating, both broil and bake.) The inside lights are also working.

If the oven says it is ready and there is no heat it could be an oven sensor problem. See Item 7, 8 and 21 in the above link.
I do not know if this unit looks for an open sensor so I would check it.

Check for a burned off wire of a bad connection from the control board to the elements.

If both the above are OK then odds are that the control board is toast.

Always remove power to the unit when working on it. 240 volts is lethal!!!
