When engaging the oven cleaner mode, (oven slightly warm still), I got a failure code (72?). The oven door was locked, and not cleaning. I reset the breaker after 5 minutes, turned power back on. The error code cleared, but the door would not open. I removed lock access panel (with light switch), and opened lock manually. Now the lock tang is centered, used to be to left, and occasionally locks door. The lock will not engage fully and allow self cleaning. Thermador is recommending part no 489102 lock assy to resolve. Does this make sense, or is there a chance the relay board has a problem?

Can this part be replaced without pulling out the warmer (requires pulling entire wall unit out first)?

Thanks,
