How can I tell if a shock absorber is bad or bad enough to replace? Also, is there a way to get the front lower panel off without removing the console and entire door assembly to get to the front shocks?:)

Unplug the Power Cord first!!! There are exposed electrical connections behind door number 2!To remove the lower panel remove the three Torx head screws (T20) or 1/4" nut driver. The three screws are located at the bottom of the panel. The outside left and right screws are easy to spot the middle screw is harder to see. if you run your finger along the bottom edge of the lower panel you can feel the three screws. As far as the shock absorber test see my post. http://forum.appliancepartspros...bsorber-replacement.html
