The dishwasher won't start. I don't know if it's the door switch or the Selector Switch Assembly.
As with everything electrical / mechanical it was working just fine, and then........IT WON'T START!
We had a problem with the selector buttons sticking and not changing cycles (rinse-hold to regular wash).
When pressed the power button does not turn red as it once did.
Is it the Power Button or the Door Switch? How do I remove the front panel to check?

Thanks,

Just had the same problem on this exact model...it was the black wire that comes from the terminal block to the on/off switch. It broke in the harness at the point where the door opens.
The opening and closing of the door over time causes the black power wire in the gray harness cover to break.
turn power off at breaker panel first !
Too get at it: remove kick panel(s) then remove front door panel (six stainless steel screws, three on each side, on INSIDE of door not the door edge trim screws. have a helper hold the front panel in place while removing these screws..cause it will drop to the floor if you remove screws with the door all the way open.)
At this point you should see the gray harness cover. it is a flat 3"X12" (approx.)vinyl piece sewn together over the wires to protect them. You may have to remove the brace that goes over it in the door and some sheet metal covers near the terminal block on the lower body where the power comes in...but you'll see what needs to come off when you get in there.
Look the gray cover over carefully front and back...if this is your problem you will see a burnt section on the gray cover where the black wire heated up and broke. This is the second time I've repaired it...first time I used a butt connector and taped it...this time I sliced the gray cover lengthwise and ran a new black wire from the terminal block all the way to the on/off switch. Note the writing on the black wire...use exactly the same gauge and heat rating. Tape up the gray cover and reassemble...took about 30 minutes total. Now would be a good time to lube those sticky buttons too! I used a tooth pick and some white lithium grease very sparingly!
