need expert...Freezer is very cold.. lower fridge is warm/a little cold.. fan in freezer does not turn on at all.. fan at rear bottom always on.
What could be wrong?

HOw can i verify this?
with ohmeter or any other way.. i do have access to it and can take it out.

Leo,
Check for 120 VAC to this motor while the compressor and the fan on the back are on.
If there is proper voltage, the motor is bad.

how do i know if the compress is on.. there is no other noice coming from the frigde. the fan at the bottom rear is always on and never shuts off.

the compressor is not making any noice and not vibrating...

Did the fan next to the compressor run at the time you checked the compressor?
Is the freezer still very cold?

The Freezer is very cold.. i took off the panel and there is frost on the coil.. the fan in the freezer never runs, the fan at the rear bottom always run.. will check today if there is 120V to fan.. should there be 120V there all the time?
