I need some serious help.

I have a GE Gas Range, in which the front 2 burners will not ignite on the cooktop. I've replaced the electrodes and made sure the burner heads/orifices are clean. I can smell gas when I attempt to try to turn them on, but they won't light. I can hear a clicking sound when I try to light them, but it also seems like the sound is not coming from the burner that I am trying to light.

The rear 2 burners both are fine.

What else can be the problem? I'm not sure what to do next.
