Here is what you do. Unplug the washer and move it away from the wall, and then lean the whole washer on the back wall. Then take the bottom control panel off, there will be 2 or 3 screws on the bottom of the panel. Once you have that removed, in the front in the middle is the water pump. grab the center of the water pump, there is a thin handle to grab, and turn it to the left, and once it is loose pull it out, and you will find all kinds of junk in there. Clean it out, put it back together, and I will bring my laundry over for payment. LOL!!! Let me know how it goes. Tom ApplianceEducator.com

No, that did not work. Now, when we start the washer, the water fills, detergent enters and then thats it . The machine won't go to the wash cycle.

Perform the diagnostic and the motor continuity tests as described in the attached files and post the results.
