I have a 12 year Radiant GE cooktop stove and the top glass is broken. The part number on the service/instruction manual is 164D3333P117, but I have not been able to locate a part for this number. My question is how do I order a replacement glass top, and how is it installed? Or, am I out of luck and have to replace the entire cooktop unit?

A model number may let someone look it up for you. |

Here is a link to your parts Replacement parts for jp340 models | AppliancePartsPros.comYour model number may be short a couple digits. I did find tops listed in a JP340WW1WW but it shows tham as being out of stock. Also many of the other model numers do not list the top's part numbers. It would be bets to give AppliancePartsPros a call. Looking at the prices of the tops it may make more sense to buy a new unit. |
