About half tank of water remain after machine completer regular cycle, it happened twice then next day the machine did not stop at the end of regular cycle and continue until it finish permanent/press/knit cycle. Appreciate for any advice.

Sounds like a timer problem. Time the drain in different cycles, if much better in another cycle, this would confirm a bad timer.
Also, check for a partial restriction in the pump or drain hose.
