When we moved our stove the vent fan when on and it won't turn off. It has been running for two days. Does anyone know how to turn it off?

If the range is less than a year old, it's still under the manufacturer warranty and you have to call Sears for service. If it's more than a year old - what is the complete model number of the range?

Although we have used the range for only two weeks, it is about two years old. We bought it new but had it in storage because of a kitchen remodel. The model # is 790.4715. It is the kenmore elite dual fuel slide in range. Thanks for your help...

The model number you posted is incomplete. There are suppose to be four more digits.
