My GE refrigerator will dispence ice but not water.... when I toggle the dispencer lever I hear a click and a hum like normal but no water.... I did check the valve under the front and I get no water there ether. The sticker on the water inlet bracket is 197D1879G005 RIV-12AE-20. Any ideas?

Hi, this is Wendy from GE and I saw your post about your refrigerator dispensing ice but not water. I am sorry for this inconvenience. If your model has a water filter, this can be an indication that it needs to be changed. It can also be a frozen reservoir. Please email us at eresponse@ge.com with the model and serial number and we will be glad to check into it more for you.
