What is the complete model number of the dishwasher?

Can you post more detailed description on the problem?

Did you try to turn the lock off by press and hold the Energy Saver Dry button for at least 4 seconds?

The model number you posted is incorrect. Verify and repost it together with the color of the control panel.

Very likely the problem is a bad control panel. White control panels have been discontinued by Whirlpool and only black control panel are available.
