I had some scratching noises coming from the dryer and upon removing the front panel the teflon guides basically crumbled. I replaced the upper felt seal and since then I have had a very harsh vibration from time to time. This is usually not a problem immediately (with a wet heavy load). Once the load is lighter, the vibrations start. They start out as a barely noticible tremble, then develop into a violent burst. This happens at the same drum position each time.

Since then, I have replaced the rear bearing without positive results. Could I possible need a lower seal also? The belt and pully seem fine, and there is still a vibration when I add or reduce the pully tension. Any suggestions?
