When I set the temperature control at 4 the food does not stay cold and water drips into the back of my refrigerator compartment. When I adjust the control to 5, the food freezes in the refrigerator. What is the problem and can I fix it?

It sound like you have a stopped up drain if this is a freezer on top refrigerator on bottom your gonna want to take the back panel off. The drain is gonna be on bottim if the evap if it is solid with ice then I recommend using a blow dryer to melt the ice then boiling water till u see the water flow down the drain hole. You can also just try unplugging it for a day.
