One half of the upper element has failed and the oven will not self-clean either anymore. I have researched your WEB site for the part number and concluded the element most correct is part number AP4283355. The drawing shows the terminal ends with holes. With the power off, when I remove the brackets holding the elements in place and pull forward, how should I find these terminal ends connected. Other blogs I have read about crimped ends, is that what should be on these wires, a female crimp to slide on to the new element? Thanks in advance.
Additionally - the oven's S/N 10C311087852

Just remember to turn off power to the range first, and take your time and be careful, in some, but not all cases, you may have to carefully bend the terminals to a 90 dgr in order to eliminate the possibility of a short to the cabinet(these appear to be pre formed, so I don't see a problem) . Good Luck,
