Would some please let me know how the Sump Housing Gasket fits around the Sump Housing. When I disassembled the Sump Housing, the gasket just popped out. It is not very clear how it seats around the Sump Housing and the Tub. It looks like the gasket has a beveled edge that should seat around the Sump Housing, but when placed in to the tub, it does not seat firmly. Or should I apply more pressure to force it in the tub? A picture would help. I've seen many times when it was impossible to install the sump housing back in the tub because the tub was slightly warped. Unfortunately it is not repairable.
