The dishwasher quit in mid-cycle with water standing inside. I used a shop vac to vacuum out the water, but nothing on it will work. No lights will work as if it's just not plugged in. It's Whirlpool model number DU915PWPB2.
I've checked the breaker box and the outlet that it's plugged into, and they are fine. Any idea on where to start checking the problem? It's only four years old.
Thanks!

Thank you very much. I just had to replace one on my dryer a few months ago and did not know the dishwasher even had one. I will see if it gives a reading.
I'll post back if that is the problem.

It's fixed. I looked at the same diagram that you provided to me about a month ago but did not see a thermal fuse listed for it. So I've let it sit for a couple of months because I haven't had the money to pay someone to diagnose it.
I do appreciate it though. I knew when you said thermal fuse that surely that was it. I didn't even test the old one to see if it OHMed out first, I just bought one and hoped for the best.
Thanks again!
