:( My dehumidfier has stopped working properly. When I turn it on you can still hear the refrigeration system working, but the fan is not working. I thought the problem was that the wires connected to the fan motor had burnt out because that seems to be a common problem with these units. I ordered a new fan motor with wires and attached it. I turned on the unit and the fan still did not move. When I manually moved the fan it is hard to move. I will be returning the new motor. I have only had this dehumidifier for a year and a half. What else could be the problem?
