there is water leaking from freezer dooor, i have checked water line and ice maker, i replaced icemaker because it had a broke comb, some neighbors told us due to power surges they have the same problem and replace solenoid, does this sound right or what are your suggestions?

i first thought it was coming from the bottom of refrig, but i pulled out and looked under it, it was dry, it is apparent there is a small leak that drips in the bottom of freezer, where it will re freeze and then drip. i checked to make sure freezer side door was closed all of the way,
