My D/W drains wash water fine but not the rinse water. A new timer perhaps?
I disconected the drain hose, put it in a bucket, ran the D/W through the cycles, it worked fine. When I run it with dishes & hot water it will not drain. I think SublimeMasterJW is onto something. I would appreciate more info for checking this dump solenoid.

I would base it on being the timer because both wash and rinse cycles rely on the dump flap. If the dump flap works on wash but not rinse then it must be a control problem.Or it could be the dump solenoid gets hot and fails to operate for rinse, a common occurance in these dishwashers.

How did you verify it drains the wash water but not the rinse water?
