Our kenmore Elite 665 17462300 has problem starting. The LED for "smartwash" was out for a few months, but it was functional until now. The only buttons works now are the 3 option buttons. All other buttons does not response or light up.
I am pretty sure the keypad needs replace. What are the chance that the circuit board is also dead? Is there a way to test it?

Hi Peter,
Most likely the problem is a bad control panel and there is no way to say if the control board is bad too unless the control panel replaced first. The chance for the control board to be bad is relatively small.
In order to provide the right part number for the control panel I need the color of it.
