Dan,

Do you have a water filter installed for the refrigerator? It can be behind the refrigerator.

If you do, how old is it?

How the refrigerator is connected to the house water system?

This is a most common issue on these units the water line in the door will freeze after a while depending on the frequency of use never the less the fix is simple just unplug the refrigerator and allow about two hours to defrost, plug the electric card back into the outlet and enjoy cool flowing water.:)
