Hello, I think I need the Auger helix disp., but the diagram is not showing the plastic part that locks in to the drive mechanisim. The plastic piece is broke and does not engage in the Drive Mechanism. What is this plastic piece called and can it be ordered seperatelt? Thank you!

Russ, If this part is not shown on the diagram, that means GE does not sell it separate. I've checked the diagrams for this model number everywhere and this part is not shown. It sounds awful, but you probably have to buy the whole bucket and auger assembly. You also can try to take it to a local appliance parts store hoping they will be able to match it up. - The bucket and auger assembly Part number: AP3884290
