first of all thank you. the a/c works great but the heater isn't really blowing warm air.but it is blowing.it feels like there is a blower working.is the fan on the unit outside supposed to operate like it does when the ac is on.because it does not.could this problem be caused by low freeon.

thank you If the unit is a heat-pump, the outside fan should be on.

I had the same problem. The new heater was blowing cool air not heat and the serviceman would tell me nothing is wrong with the unit. That the was it is. Come to found out the element was too small. You need to get a bigger element.
