Hi Rhonda,
Before we proceed with the instructions I would like to know what was the original problem and why do you need to replace these parts.

We are having problems with the freezer frosting over and when it does that it is not cooling. We then use a hair dryer to defrost to get it to start cooling. we just recently replaced the defrost control board thinking that was the problem and it did not fix it , so this is our next solution. yes it does....it seems to be working right at the moment....after we replaced the heater & therm assy yesterday, we kept the doors closed and it finally stopped running non stop and things seem to be working much better...thanks for your interest and help....I am sure if it continues to frost over I will be back on here looking for more answers
