Im having problems removing the plastic covering over the dogs...
Tried everything short of smashing :mad:
Any suggestions on how to remove the covering inside the agitator would be greatly appreciated:)

I know this is a years later reply but the easiest way to get dogs out is to use both of your feet on each side of agitator and lift up on the top part. Sometimes the fabric softener buildup makes it hard to pull top part off but it works.
