I have had this heavy duty extra large capacity washer for around 8-10 years. It has been a great washer. Now, the agitator has an issue. The bottom of the agitator works but the top part of the agitator is spinning free. I am sure that a pin has sheared or stripped. My question is how do you get it off to replace it or see if that is it or not?

What is the complete model number of the washer?

Gene.
