Hello there! My Kenmore Washer is no longer draining nor spinning. It will aggitate at the start of the cycle and after where it's supposed to drain and rinse. I am wondering if it's an issue with a lid switch, but I'm not too sure as to what it's suppose to look like? :o

Probably a bad lid switch, just remove outer panel and replace.

You can install it yourself. Call the parts department and do it yourself, you'll save a lot of money.
