After running a cleaning cycle the oven will not go on. The broiler circuit works. There is no glow for the oven circuit. I do hear the control panel click to engage, but nothing happens. I check the ignitor and it does have continuity.

just because the ignitor has continuity doen't always mean it is good, take a flashlight and inspect the ignitor(glowbar type) look for an ashy apperance, maybe only a little spot. if this is the case replace the ignitor. good luck and post your results

Replaced igniter. I was not the problem. Oven still will not go on. When the oven is set at the control, I hear something click in the control area, but the oven does not go on. Could the EOC be bad, or a solenoid??

Check if there is 120VAC to the igniter while the control calls for Bake.
The model number you posted does not come up. Verify and repost it.

Model is Frigidaire FGFL67DCD. There is no voltage at the igniter when Bake cycle is activated. A click is heard at the top clock area, but nothing happens at the igniter. Will the appliance parts store be able to test the EOC if I remove it??

Check the gas safety valve for continuity (Bake side). If it's open then the gas safety valve has to be replaced. If it's closed then the EOC has to be replaced. I do not believe a local appliance parts store can check the EOC. - The part number for the gas safety valve is AP3768099 - The part number for the EOC is AP3778770 Gene.
