It seems like the motor is trying, but can't do anything more than grind a little bit. Questions: 1) what word or phrase would be better than 'ice cruncher'? 2) when this happened, the entire ice making process stopped? Is reasonable to hope that repairing the ice cruncher motor will get everything else working, or is it more likely that multiple problems are present?
