Control panel is completely dead. Normally, all the control panel buttons will light up. Customer spilled coffee on the top where the keypad is and it got on the control board. Control panel seems ok Cleaned control board, seems ok. Control board gets voltage and there is no thermal fuse to it.
Diagnostics say to replace control panel if the lights fail to work. This is an LG type control panel. Hope someone has seen this before.

Rich,

I did not see such problem, but according to your description more likely the control panel is the culprit.

Gene.

Thanks Gene, will order the control panel, and if that fails to fix it, I can send it back.
