I set up for a full cycle and then I open the door to see how full the tub was. I find the water level of the tub is normal. I then check at the end of the cycle and I still have water still on the bottom just over the sump cap and about 1\4 up of the sump cover. The level of water did go down when the cycle finished but just not enough. PLEASE HELP I JUST HAD TO BUY A NEW WASHER AND DRYER AND HAVE NO MONEY FOR A NEW DISHWASHER.

Remove the filter cover inside the dishwasher. Unscrew and check the piston & nut assembly (#564 on the diagram). You can find more useful information in one of our previous threads: http://forum.appliancepartspros...er-wont-drain-fully.html

- The piston & nut assembly Part number: AP2617344
